Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of every piece we craft. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@jbensewoodworks.com. We accept returns on non-customized items in original condition. Custom orders are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge — please send a photo to orders@jbensewoodworks.com within 7 days of delivery.
